Thank you for your purchase at iRiver.lk. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you find any malfunction or faults with your purchased product, , you may return it to us for an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.   

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at iriver.lk@gmail.com or contact our hotline: +94777990022 via Whatsapp. We will guide you on how to make your returns. If you are returning via courier service, Place the item securely in its original packaging and Purchase Invoice from iRiver.lk, and mail your return to the address provided by our team on inquiry 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

1. Island wide shipping is available when ordering products from our Site.   

2. Shipping and handling charges vary depending on your address, shipping speed, and the value of your order.   

3. Products that we deliver to you becomes your property at the time that you receive it.  

4. We will deliver all in-stock products as soon as reasonably possible and within the estimated time of 3-4 business days from the date on which we accept your order. The deadlines are tentative, although iRiver.lktries to meet them.  

1. Products once sold are not refundable.
2. Warranty covers only manufacturer defects.
3. International Warranty claims unless mentioned should be claimed with the manufacturers.
4. Shipping charges apply to claim warranty with Manufacturer
5. Warranty is void if the product contains any physical damage, liquid damages or issues pertaining to user negligence.
6. If purchased with "iRiver.lk" warranty, the product is covered for manufacturing defects for the specified period of the warranty without any additional charges.
